This month we focus on the art of Lino Cutting, also known as printmaking, this style of art is done by carving into a linoleum sheet with a v-shaped chisel. When the carved, inked up block is placed face down on a sheet of paper, the printed image will appear as a mirror image to how the block was carved.
Included is this box is everything you need to get started with printmaking!
A lino cutter set complete with handle, a soft rubber brayer for applying your ink and paint to your lino sheet which is also included in the box. Additionally you will get several Amsterdam Acrylic Paints, a bottle of Angelus leather pain medium and of course a canvas pouch to keep all these supplies in one convenient place!
