Wood painting panels are an alternative to pre-stretched canvas. Made with a Basswood frame and 1/8" wood laminate face panels with Baltic Birch veneer, they offer a sturdy surface for paint application. The fine grain of the wood surface can be painted with or without traditional gesso application. Panel construction is attractively finished so framing is optional. Regular-Style Wood Paint Panel (R) Standard depth is approx 1".
